  • How can I access the training if I use a screen reader or have other requirements?

    We appreciate that online training isn’t always very accessible to dyslexic staff or for people who use screen readers or other adaptive technology. If you would like a copy of our training sent in a Word document (or other preferred format), followed by a call, please contact us. We are also able to provide this training over the phone too. We are committed to meeting everyones needs, so please do send feedback to help us improve.

  • Are any of your courses free?

    We have free basic courses for staff that need to make sure the services they deliver are accessible. For example, staff working in heath and social care settings.

  • Do you have courses for Communication Professionals?

    Currently, our courses are free and available to communication professionals working in health and social care that need access to training to be able to work in these settings as per contract requirements. We plan to add more in future. Please sign up to our mailing list as a communication professional to get notified of any updates.

  • Why can't I see any courses?
